Is the Steamex Tsunami Just a Private Labeled Steamin Demon?

I understand it is, but wanted to make sure.

Have a guy who wants to glide his Tsunami 15" but want to make sure it's the same machine before sending it out.

Its an improved Demon, made out of Stainless Steel. I believe everything else is the same, Steamex built them under an agreement with SD
