I have had good results with abstraction UR out from ccs. It also removes the stain most of the time.

Paul Lucas of ChemMax in Michigan has something called "OdorOut" basically a liquid ozone. This is one of the greenest products possible, I'm told, it just turns into water and air and smells great. I use it all the time. Anybody else ever used it?

It's green but don't drink it!

The only one I found on Green Seals website was a product by Second Nature. You can get it at Walmart or Bestbuy. I don't know anything about it, or if it works. It's cheap, so it's worth a try.
