Seriously that video was well put together and it looks like he is selling a good product. Normally it would have peaked my interest enough to inquire about training....but it's Joe. His personality is just too strong for me.

However he might have something there, you just have to realize no matter how good his or anyone else's program is, it does you no good unless you implement it.

It was a burger from last night.

Christy grilled out, good burger, a slice of tomato, lettuce, a glob of catsup & mustard.

Cow is good Mike.....even after belching up a little.

Actually it kind of makes me a little hungry for lunch!
