Is the Water Otter 1500 psi good for all T&G cleaning situations? I'm wondering if I should go with a 1500 psi pump when using a spinner. I am considering getting a flood extracted with an external pump.

I've never used a water otter. I made my own pump using a 1hp motor and a general pump. Not hard to do. It sits on top of my old ninja and I drop my suction and bypass hoses into the solution tank. Gives me up to 1500 psi. I normally use 1000-1200.

These units work well but are heavy and hard to carry, I like the otter, it's pretty compact and a good backup unit, and great if you have to use a spinner in a high rise with a porty with auto fill, auto pumpout.

I own 3. There good units

The issue is how much pressure/volume you can get with 15amps.

1.5 motor and will turn the turbo with CLEAN jets 1200,

Long hose runs will kill pressure , so shorter the better.
