It's still Tuesday night here. I just got done extracting the first of 2 flooded apts. when Service Master finally shows up to take over the job. (I'm out of equipment). What a bunch of clowns. They try to extract the lower apt with a wand that ain't sucking. Dump tank full. I throw their hose out of the way and finish extraction while they're outside. All 6 trucks now. They swarm over the place and tear everything out. What a waste. Is this how all the "pros" do it?

Just had a 12 hour day on the truck, some cold beer, and trying my best with the ZIPPER, for sales anyway. My wife said I down grade the current unit on the calls. (you lost your enthusiasm ) . I know there is something better coming.
