Mark you need to explain how you are getting neutral ph. Prespray is close to 10 and the rinse is 9.5, tell us how it goes to 7 after that. Is this new chemistry or a secret new product. Sorry to be a pain but I need to know before it hits mrs piffs rugs.

We are just seeing a full rinse of the products.... The rinse agent does help condition the water and also rinsing ability.

We have been testing water going in, coming out, product pH, product pH on carpet, carpet in more than one are after prespray and extraction, putting it through a lot of paces... And seeing really good pH numbers and cleaning.

There are some proprietary items with the mix... As a number of manufacturing companies do.

So far, just good combination of products and a good working formula.

@Mark Saiger Just curious have you tried the new sauce with an acidic rinse like Flex Ice or All Fiber Rinse ?

I will get a bucket because you can't sample 7.5 pounds and make a decision. You may find its an overall great product but misses in some situations.

Besides if it's real good Mark will through in a Keg!

Harvard has a couple different acid side rinses and we have not tested with them yet. I also have some other companies acid rinses. We plan more Testing that way in near future

I used to visit my grandma in Golden Valley back in the day. That is by Hazen very small even compared to Hazen. I grew up in Bismarck. I met Mark in Grand Forks years ago before he was famous.

So small I can't even remember what the town looks like. What was your grandparents last name? I knew a few people from over that way. Being from a small town, I was related to half of it. Heard a couple of stories of people finding out at their wedding that they were cousins of some kind. Lot of new blood out their now, most of the old timers have died out and the younger ones have retired, kids have moved away.

Bismarck has really grown, my mom still lives there. At lease every 4 months she is telling me of a new housing development. It has really tempted me to move back and start cleaning in Bismarck. But I have no idea of what to do with my company here. Perhaps one of @Mark Saiger 's kids wants to by me out? :}
