I agree Willy. We are in a profession that can be very rewarding if we take pride in it and do a great job.
To have customers that won't use anyone else and they rave about you is a great feeling, it really keeps the enthusiasm running strong.
I've always enjoyed educating my customers so they truly understand why you are good. The more they know about what you are doing the more likely they will stick with you and refer you and those long term connections are priceless!
