It's only a small job

Did a job for an elderly man in a condo yesterday. 2 rooms for $150. He said another woman in the building wanted her carpets cleaned as well. Did her 2 rooms for $150. She turns out to be the president of the strata and the old man is the vice president. They asked me to give a quote on the building carpets as they were having a council meeting that evening. Just got an email from their property manager saying that my quote was approved and when can I do it. $1000 for about 3-4 hours of rag spinning. You never know what those small jobs will lead to.
