Funny you guys are talking about this. I’m using the same one going on 7 years. I’ve got probably 6-7 of them in the shop. NONE of them work, except the main one I use. The only thing I’ve replaced is the siphon hose, and the jug. It started to look like shyte.

If you let them dry with residue in them, that's what clogs it up.

A buddy I know rigged up a spray bottle with a quick coupler. He leaves it full of vinegar and at the end of the day he hooks it up and sprays vinegar through his hydro force. Says it makes them last forever. Seemed unnecessary to me, but I guess he might be smarter than I thought.

All you need is a bottle of vinegar in the truck. At the end of the day, just put the siphon hose in the vinegar and blow a little through it.

Taking out the hard inline brass tube??? Are you referring to the tube on the handle or some tube inside the dema valve?

Yes...that's what then did on the six quart units. If look in pics, easy to get to the large opening now because the rubber hose will move off to the side.

I get mine from Barker-Hammer in Minneapolis, MN.

They are just down the road from Multi Sprayer and a distributor.

You would have to call them if you wanted the six quart....I don't think they advertise much on their website

Amazon product

https://www.jondon.com/injector-valve-complete.html

https://interlinksupply.com/index.php?item_num=NA0809A
.

Can you give me a good reason why there's so much of a price difference? Interlink and Jondon never gives any description of it being made in china or local american. There's a $30- $70 difference, and I've had bad luck with both. I don't mind spending that kind of money. But every 2-4months when they go bad on my end...it gets annoying. Which of the 3 is best?

The cheap one is going to make you angry and make posts about them

The ones from JonDon or Barker-Hammer in MN I know are the Correct good Dema Valves made in St. Louis.

I would show Jondon this link and buy from them. One great thing about Jondon is there price match guarantee.

Checked my dema valves today on 2 of my Hydra-force sprayers. Doesn't say where they are made, doesn't say Dema so they are probably knock offs. Still, they all work. I would prefer real Dema valves. I will let my suppliers know.
