Thanks Bob… do you have a diagram?

I give the doors about 3 days before one of my guys ( probably me) closes the right door first and then dents it by slamming the left one

We went through a phase where we tried the barn doors. The sliders were giving us issues so we decided to try the barn doors. Some of those were related to the crews driving with the slider wide open. This was before we went all air conditioned vans.

There were more issues with the barn doors, so we went back to sliders. If I remember, the main problem we had with the barn doors were the hinges gradually got locked up. Eventually the hinges either broke or we bent the door trying to open/close the door. Also we had problems in some situations where we were too tight to the house/building and couldn't open the doors.

I have had both. Barn doors are a pia and always in the way in tight driveways.
The doors lock at 90 degrees somewhat and you can also push the strapping in to open them further.

I’m a “slider” as well.. But barn doors do give you a few extra inches only worth it for Slide-in Truckmounts..

Congrats on getting that new-new!

Ford had Barn type doors -No Worries -on mine they opened well .Do not use Bungee's if you choose to keep open use 36 inch or longer rubber coated wire ties...Far more safer and stronger. Fk Bungee cords too many eye and etc. injuries... Off Road Quadders like Mikey Should know that -They were invented by an off roader for secure tie downs. Looks fantastic .Enjoy it and stay safe...When your here I am free till 730pm then its work. But I surmise you be safely on the way home by then ... Looking forward to eating with you. Google Nathan Bills Restaurant huge spot 2/10ths a mile down road. Ice cold ones and great food also ... At nite there packed 2 parking lots and whole street is lined both sides...College kids and every one goes there...Great place...Regards - The one and only !!! But with barn doors comes farm girls -shhhhh...Bom Dia lol.

I think he wants me to have signs on my doors advertising my other services so I can interest the chickens and cows in the neighborhood.
He also thinks I'm out to rule the area and gobble up all the work.

Gotta watch out, I'll use these from home Depot to hold on place.
