How would I price cleaning 9 senior buildings common areas ? These are clean buildings .Washrooms in common areas rarely used .Laundry rooms on each floor . These would be swept and scrubbed on a weekly basis no waxing . Vinyl flooring through out except in the stairwells which has carpet . A large amount of salt tracked in for six months of the year. 2 building have elevators . Each building has a common area of between 5 and 10 thousand sq. ft .
