But Larry not only could it cost you if you have to fight for it as Steve said but then if you do get it, it's only for the opportunity to cost you more money refurbishing it.
As old as it is and as long as sat without running, it's a money pit.
You'll just keep throwing good money at a bad machine and in the end you'll have spent so much that you could have bought a decent used one.
Now if you're a do it yourself kind of guy, then much less of a problem. You gamble and lose, you're only out parts. Most of which you can resell or reuse on another machine.
My mechanic charges me $50.00 hour and you would be eaten alive with a rat trap like that.
As hard as it is to say, I agree with walk away. It just might be the cheapest way out of this mess. :|
