I've got a boxxer 423. 23hp B&S 4005 blower and getting a new wand. Any suggestions for the flow rate. I like the 03 jets. It gets pretty cold in MN is 6 03 jets to much flow?

Yes, too much.
Drop down to at least 2 flow per jet or better yet l, get a 4 jet wand and get down to 8 total for a machine that size

Your blower may keep up with your flow, but your heating system won’t at that flow rate.
I was just in Rochester a month ago visiting my mom. I used to live there, in fact I started Rochester Steam Way carpet cleaning in 1970 but sold out in 1984 and started over in California. When I left Rochester I was using a Steam Way Powermatic truck mount. Its kerosene burner was an advantage in such a cold climate.
