My jets on my Prochem Quadjet have been plugging way too often lately. What would be causing this? What should i be looking for?

Try an inline filter with a fine screen, and a bit larger jets.

clean and check strainer on the wand.
If the screen is blown in, replace the strainer.
(they're down right cheap at the farm supply store, BTW.
a 4 pack of brass strainers is $11 bucks at Tractor Central Supply

descale your TM

after descale, flush the solution line at start up.
all the time, that is, nit just "after" descale ..make it a regular routine
stick a empty QD in the end of the solution line, stick the line in the vac hose and flush for appx 30 seconds or more depending on the length of sol line.
then plug in your tool/wand and go to work.

you might want to think about descaling your system and flushing it out real good....

if you find out that your wand filter is torn or missing and you replace it....if you are having this much trouble sooner or later your wand filter is going to start plugging up..........

Thanks guys... we have soft water here, but at 1200 hours i've never descaled and it's probably time. I'll check the filters as well. I've never flushed anything out, so i'll do that too.
