I’m noticing my jets on my sapphire 4 jetted wand is starting to leak...is it time to replace them? Jets have 255 hrs since I bought the wand(same day I bought my truckmount). Also, why does my wand pop as soon as I open up my shutoff valve on my solution line? Thanks.

the wand valve is empty, then pressurized instantly popping closed .

as far as leaking jets... drips or pee streams?
If pee streams, does it only do it at highest temps like 240?
or stream when well under 200 too?

Pee streams...also leaks when hose cooled off as I’m about to disconnect the wand from the solution hose.

Install ball valves on the ends of each solution line, and USE them whenever you change tools or remove the wand to extend the life of downline parts.

Pee streams

rebuild the valve
Don't know what valve SS specs for their wands ...but if isn't a Westpac valve, get one (and any mounting hardware if needed)
No better valve on the market ...price, durability, ease of rebuilt makes it the the bEst valve in the history of the world

If your unit puts out high heat it's very hard not to happen. If you have a area that your not working or not wanting water on. The best way is to have a shutoff on the solution line. Shut it off and drain your wand on the carpet and disconnect the solution from the wand and move it to your next location. Yea a lot of extra work but no leakage on the other surfaces.

The valves I have are about $30. I replace them a couple times a year no biggie. A few drips I just wipe up with a towel.
