Yes, once again I’m at a complex with no parking or water. Third floor. So whats a boy to do? Encap with the Orbot Vibe is the answer. Up and away!

Up a flight from the underground garage, then two flights outside the building.

Then another flight of timber stairs inside.
Unable to park on the access road, can only park in the underground garage.
No problems, all builders grade polyprop carpets.

sounds like half dozen of one or six of the other to me

lugging a monster weight suds slinger vs 100 pound porty

Home Depot rental sells these when they get close to 250 hours on 'em .
$360 bukz
Bought one several years ago
It paid for it's self on the first two jobs that the apt maintenance man did for $35 a pop cash .
Believe it or not, it does a decent job

small and compact enough to keep on the van.
weighs appx 40 pounds I'd guesstimate

I'd haul that up instead of a 140 pound yellow sCampooer
But I always worked smarter, not harder ...and was never a hack

Not a fan of those models. Awkward keeping the vacuum lips on the carpet. Not enough capacity and they are prone to foaming. I do a lot of work for my local rug Doctor franchise, fixing homeowners er screwups. I traded a job for one of those machines and couldnt get rid of it fast enough. Real pos. They should have kept the old style. Much easier to work with.

If I was a moderator, I would've banned your ass for suggesting using one of these. That was the stupidest thing you've ever mentioned.

Honest to God, I never though I was a great cleaner
But after a few years of association meetings and events (before Gore invented the 'net)
I started to discover a whole lot of CC'ers didn't have enough sense to pour water out of a boot .
after the 'net, I fully determined clearly it wasn't just a "whole lot" it was the vast majority

and there you have it

I've had a dozen or more guys on the wand over the years.
all were good guys with good work ethic that wanted to do quality work

Only two were outstanding though
