Whilst we are on the subject of cheerleading for suppliers I figured I would bring up the most incredible supplier I've ever met and dealt with....and I've dealt with a few in my day.
The help they've given me over the years....the free help...is priceless.
The amount of time they take putting up with my indecisive un-educated guesses and outlandish BS hair brained schemes really does put them in the Saint department.
"Saint Jon Don" it has a ring to it.
This last experiment that I put them through would of had most suppliers canceling my profile in their system and phone locking me. Not Jon Don.
I bought and returned stuff that I thought would work for me...I was wrong.
They made other suggestions, had all the mechanics up front talking to me about it. Spent time trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with me....
And really did an awesome job of customer service for a guy who just had a few ideas that needed tweaking.
On a side note, I owe a great big thank you to a Mikey's Boarder that will remain un-named (unless he posts his name) because I don't want to out him. Thank You for all your help as well!
Jon Don has helped me from across the country and from just down the freeway. Top notch people....they know who they are. Top notch programs...they know who they are too. And a top notch owner who isn't afraid to tell you EXACTLY how it is and still be a great guy about it.
