I agree on jondon, I don't order much from them but when I do I always get my orders the next day or in 2-3 days, they don't "say" they have in stock, but than it's backordered for a month and you still have to call them to check on your order :shock:
Got my mytee shelves from Olson, he actually said he had them in stock, and called me back to confirm the order, got it shipped in a timely manner.
"The other thread" supplier hasn't even agreed that they have an issue with customer service, other than returning the guy's money and blaming other things on the industry. :roll:
