Best month I've had yet with this company.

I hope that everyone is doing well this year.
I don't need to see numbers but I would like to hear how business is going with everyone.

For my 3 cleaning/resoration divisions we should exceed budget by a couple %, our 4 showrooms are still ghost towns so expect they will report down in double digits from original budget, not too far off pathetically low revised budget.

BANG it has been unbelievable. I had a stratch last week for the ages. This week I have to book a whole day on restretches because while in the homes I couldn't get to them. I am getting ready for vacation starting the tenth and was hoping for a light schedule but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

Funny, I have been getting a lot of stretches lately too.
I am also going on vacation from the 10th to the 15th. Thank God my Brother is answering my phones.

It was the best month I have had in about 18 months but then this last Monday the appointments dropped off and I had an extremely slow week. But we had the highest ever recorded temperatures in our city's history this week and nobody including me felt like doing anything.

I'm grateful to all of you for helping me grow my business.

That heat around here was something else wasn't it? A guy called me and canceled during that hot few days to next week, just told me to come when its cooler outside, that was a first for me!!

before anyone gets too excited, my overhead would depress you...it does me!

It takes a lot to keep this place going and it seems as if we do it all for taxes and insurance! :(

That's the part that no one sees when gross sales are posted Richard. My nut is huge and I don't start making money till I hit almost 600k for a month.

120 for us. Despite out fast start, over all we are not doing anywhere near where we need to be.

However in this tight economy, we're just trying to hang on and ride it out until things get better. If they ever will!

We had our best month ever since taking over the business, up 58% from last year, August is looking good too so far, but no 58% growth...

I have to get moving if August is going to be as good.
I was on vacation for a week and didn't do any work at all.
Not sure that has ever happened.

My little brother did a great job and KP saved my ass a few times.
Great to have great people on the team.

Don't get me wrong, my company worked...I didn't.
Great feeling.
