Ok :
Mexican black beans.
Finally diced onions. 1/2
Get it started in pork fat, duck fat, or just olive oil..
Cook until translucent...
Add vegetable stock, or chicken stock...
Just enough to keep pan from scorching...
Add a can of rinsed black beans...
Add 1 tsp of epazote...
Cook on low for 30-45 minutes, checking for texture.
If drying out, add more stock...
Season w/salt and pepper.
When done to desired texture, add to favourite Mexican dish...
Enjoy.

Looks like I'll be cleaning my own carpet. I let my dad house sit and take care of my Dog (Rufo) while we were on our trip. He spilled coffee in my hallway. He's getting older and drags his feet.

You would think my useless dog would have licked it up.

I’ve had so many feet draggers ~ I started recommending wearing their slippers inside out once a week ~ clean up after yourself ~ leave a small container of sawdust w encapsulation ?
