I was wondering how many Operators really like what they are doing in this Industry. What makes you stay in it other than just to pay the bills?

Is it seeing something dirty come clean?

Is it the effort of satisfying the customer and getting that pat on the back as a reward?

Is it the interest in operating this type of equipment?

Or, is it the independence of selling, communicating, and being on your own without someone looking over your shoulder?

Again, I do realize that there may be several reasons why we do what we do, however, can you select one above as being the most important to you?
