It's likely that the mold releases probably had something to do with this but if you could somehow change the head design to get closer to tight areas.

Cracks, crevices, round edges, piping are all a challenge with the design of the head. The spray bar is one inch away from the edge of the tool. The double vac slot is more of a pain than a benefit.
Tool is a bit long and fatigues the hand quickly.
It works pretty good on flat fabrics.
On mine the spray bar holes are 3/16" apart (Too Far)
You can see 19 water lines in the fabric from mine unless you crank
the pressure then you have to go back and dry stroke because it leaves the fabric wet.
Good thing it ended up with a trigger, although the trigger cover did not last past a few jobs.
But my vacuum hose is OK and I run a # 5 blower.

One thing I do is have a little spray bottle with some citrus based cleaner and I open the Vac slot then spray it allows more water to get to areas then I close it back up and extract and flush! the rubber handle thingy did fall off fast.

Joe,
I drove the green on hole 9 (317)last Saturday mostly because of the driver I have. You make no Sense. Are you going to be in Vegas next week?
