Largest Hotel and convention center in town....

Did all convention center, Restaurants, side meeting rooms, halls, stairs, stairwells...

About 20,000 square feet....

Me, the boy wonder (Son in Law Aron) 2 Butler High Heat Truckmounts, 2 Zipper wands....250 foot hose runs....

AND ONLY 4 HOURS SLEEP

Family wedding yesterday and I was a designate driver....was supposed to be all done by 11 pm....

Well, that didn't happen as the family kept the party rolling including the wife and Son in Law....Gene, Gene the Dancing Machine Aron Jewett!

My wife was dancing all night long too.....

I started on site at 7 am, Boy wonder made it by 8:30 am....

Hosed wrapped up at 7 pm....

$8k in a day Baby HWE carpet cleaning!

That's how we get things done here!

Correct....but...the staff was prevacing for us....

EXCEPT....when I showed up, they didn't have the convention center done

And I Started with a garbage bag and no way could not vacuum....too much crap....

But thankfully the staff was in the halls and other areas running vacs....better than nothing I guess....

What psi do you run Zipper at?

Local I just met last Friday just bought a Zipper from Erik. Nice tool.

With my PMF 703 16 inch wand I can do wide open 4000 sqft right at 4 hrs. Zipper sounds twice as fast.

LOL on the oil change...and yes...they are due....

We went through just under 25 gallons of fuel per van (was getting pretty low)

and about 800 gallons total for the project....

We have the 210 waste tanks and pump outs....rarely use the pump outs...

But they came in handy today!

As well as love the 210 waste tanks....

The older Butler had a malfunction as the shut off float went bad in the tank of the 08....I have a new one in the shop and Butler has a bypass right on the wiring harness at the waste tank hook up....

Convention center and bar and Restaurant's had some heavier soils, but the rest not too bad....but we were really seeing soils in the site tubes...

Didn't get into any place that we had to agitate though....

Was pretty much spray and go which saved a lot of time too...we were prepared though...

grrrrrr. I hate it when that big job calls and says we need it done tomorrow. I have a hotel each year I clean. Every single time they call me during the busiest 3 weeks of the year ( in August) and say " we needed it cleaned yesterday". I asked her to please call me before or after that time this year. Im expecting a call any day now.

Those hotels can be a workout.....
We can't get over 5-10$ per room here in central texas....and half the time they won't the halls thrown in for free...
I did like a 3 story 75 room hotel a few years ago for around 450$.... Including stairs hall and small entry.....after the other crept cleaners passed on the job

20000 sq ft wide open space is doable with the zipper......
I did 3000 sq ft wide open space the other day in 1 hour with the zipper add 1/2 hour for setup and breakdown......usually took me about 1 1/2 hours w wand......
wide open carpet should be minimum 2000-3000 sq ft per hour w zipper..about 1000-2000 w wand.
I actually believe 1 truckmount with a zipper and pumpout could do that whole job in 8 hours
Minus the stairs.......

I can tell you, I did feel that one the next day....

Getting out and cleaning in the morning was a good warm up and stretch out one more time....but I did feel it

But what a feeling of accomplishment too....and now am dreaming of a couple more yet this year if they would come our way

Waste tank was just cleaned couple weeks ago....

But could be from the past couple of weeks partial...

But usually doesn't run that sludgy.....
