This bathroom kicked my butt.

Was a wax coating that was different than a wax.

Two strippings to bust it loose.

The rest went well. Good thing they had more work to make up for my 2.5 hours in that little bathroom! 😕

@Mark Saiger You cleaned those area rugs? I reccommend they have dry cleaners do them with their big wash machines. They are cheaper and do a better job then I can in the same amount of time.

Seeing the restroom reminds me that the university bought each building a Kaivac 2 weeks ago. I'd never used one but 2 of my janitors had before. Amazing how much better it cleans vs what we were doing. Not TM cleaning but 500psi rinse.

The water turned yellow around the urinals when they were rinsing. Pretty sick.

The Kaivac squeegee works great, not rubber blades but like a glide material. They need to add a solution line to it for controlled rinsing.

These are really heavy duty rubber backed rugs. Very rigid and not going to fit in a commercial washing machine.

And the location of this place is a MN State building.... Way out in the boonies...closest place for a washing facility is about 80 miles from there.... So we are the next best thing for them due to those restrictions

Rotary would have made the wax job easier. That’s why I carry at least an RX 20. I also use Kaivac floor tool for strip jobs if not an auto scrubber.
