Last Job Before the Holiday

Just couldn't get to it last night, so we put it off until today. Thirty minutes from being finished with cleaning and then to seal. Next a much needed couple of days off, been going straight for 21 days!

One of my last jobs on Friday was a commercial Tile and Grout, got into and was supicious that it had wax on it....Oh yeah, it did! A lot of wax! Took way to long to get it too even close to satisfactory condition for my liking. Had to call to my wife to see if she could run me some wax stripper. Dang I hate it when they do that!

That's a tough one to explain and still sound professional.

Haven't submitted the bill yet as they were out of office, but I will have a discussion with them about it and I did note it in my invoice. I am actually going to end up eating some of the time for this though. I did note on the invoice that it is not a good idea to wax these types of floors and that is what caused the grout lines to also turn black in color. They are usually pretty good about this and I will still do ok on the bill. Just not as well as hoped.
