My machine does run fine,
But,
When I was cleaning yesterday I started to notice my solution line / water pump pulsating, when i went out to look I thought at first it was a lack of water.
When I turned the chemical feed to off it stopped, turn it on it started up again. The jug is full of solution and the screens are clean.

What is it?

Air leak or maybe the diaphragm is wearing out in the pump.

Did you prime your chemical system when you started your job? You definitely have air in the chemical system.

This is what happened, I spoke with a supplier who suggested the flow meter.
So I ordered one.
When I removed the 2 screws holding it in place it fell right off onto the floor.
Over time the two nuts on the back of the flow meter broke free and the screw's were holding it together.
So Mikey is pretty close to being the winner.
