Quite frankly I was shocked that I even got the job.

I priced it at $200 an hour and figured @ $35 an hour company would have nabbed it. Plenty of those around here

I love jobs like that mike, we have at least 1000 porty-timers here and probably 30-40 broke dcks. But only maybe 5 that can complete a job like that and only 1 that markets commercial with a real sales system. So i can narrow down my competitors from 1000 down to 1 really and maybe 5 misc cleaners that cherry pick commercial.
