If not:
go to a Home Depot, Jiffy Lube, 24 hr Fitness, chain restaurants etc... and give the department, shift or store manager
a 20% raise. They were vetted and given responsibilities.

You'll be surprised how attractive your compensation may be (or not).

Better than fine actually.

Gets along great with the other guys, picks up on about everything real quick, asks all the right questions and shows up on time everyday.
