Liability insurance??

What type of liability insurance is needed for restoration work (fire, smoke and water damage)?? What kind of premiums can I expect??

Yes Ben, I came away from the ASD class with the same question.

It will be nice to tell my insurance guy what I need quoted, not ask him.

We have 2-Million General Liability I think if separated out of the package it's around $400.00 a month. Yearly I pay around $52,000.00 for Liability and coverage for the buildings and vehicles.

We also have Pollution Insurance and it fluctuates with the sales, I think we paid around $5,000.00 for it this year, but it's been as high as $15,000.00 when we were doing a lot of mold work. Pollution Insurance wants paid in full, no payment each December.
