I assume you actually mean vinyl? Unless you're cleaning 1960 retr0s.
Clean it like tile, just lower the pressure and make certain you're careful not to blast water into any seams. Installers love not to properly seal the seams.
Neutral detergent (unless greasy) and CRB scrub. Microfiber spin mop to dry. Piece o cake, very controllable.

When I did a couple jobs years and years ago .. I applied the detergent .. then used a 12in brush orbital machine to scrub it .. then I shop vac or mopped it up .. dried it with towels .. then applied a coat of shiny stuff !!
