Most of our members use their software to track their campaigns - ServiceCEO,
Service Monster, ACT, QuickBooks, etc.
Those who don't have a software option that's easy, they figure out a way to do it manually.
This chart is a big blown up one we have in Piranha's office to track our on-going campaigns, and we use dry-erase to update it so that it can be evaluated on a weekly basis.

The software that we use is InfusionSoft - which is a much more robust marketing software that is perfect for Piranha, where we have LOTS of on-line and off-line campaigns going at once... but Infusion is usually too much for a cleaning company. Kinda like using a truckmount to clean your car mats.
Otherwise we track our orders by source - whether they are repeat or referral, and whether they were generated by off-line direct mail or on-line campaigns.
