Little Giant Hotomatic 3HT, 120,000 BTU, high pressure propane water heater. Has everything needed, 24 gallon propane tank, relief valve and regulator. Currently mounted in a carpet cleaning truck but unbolts in minutes. Was installed in April of 2007, was used from that time until August 2008.
