No benefit to buffing stairs. The carpet that literally NOBODY maintains from vacuuming. HWE is the only way to do it and it's just as fast if not faster. I don't care what it looks like after you buff it. There's still junk in it

I disagreed with you on 620 chairs, but I agree on stairs. For the most part hwe is easier unless you have all the winding staircases like Mike J showed. I might shake and shine those.
