Duuuuude. I bought a gallon last week to try it anyways and used it on clumps of harden dog shi* today. Came up with no problem. I didn't dilute just straight dumped it on in this east side move out home, extracted and the stain came right up. The enzyme smell is really great to. A+ for this product.

I used it twice today. In a nursing home room we cleaned on Monday, a smell came back. I applied 3 quarts
at a 1:2 dilution and left. No complaint yet.

The second application was in the pissy house. I mixed the remaining 3 quarts with 2 gallons of warm water and sprayed lower walls, baseboards and floors for three bathrooms, six bedrooms, the kitchen, closets, livingroom, laundryroom and TV room. It went a long way, maybe 2500 sq feet, all hard floor.

Then I had coffee and after an hour, re-entered the house. The floors were still moist (good) and the piss smell was almost completely gone! The only faint trace of smell was in a bedroom which had been so horrible, it actually made my eyes water.

We'll see how it is tomorrow. So far, the stuff is a WINNER.

I used the product on a piss job this past Friday... Small dog with piss spots everywhere... The renters wanted to clean the carpet for inspection from the landlord to renew the lease...

We honestly didn't have time to wait 1 hour to let the product dwell, we let it dwell for 25mins... We used 2 gallons of the 4 sent at 1:1... We hit all the piss spots, then blanket sprayed over the entire carpet... The smell is great, it smells like fabric softener Downy... There was no way of doing a flood and water claw on the whole entire carpet... It didn't take away the stains but it did help the overall smell of the place...

The work was for an employee of a realtor we do work for...

I do like a product more concentrated for carrying less product on the van... The dwell time is the kicker for me, it just seems too long for covering a whole house with piss all over... Now keep in mind, we don't go after this type of work... We do it if we can't walk away...
