Spartan's I-shine is our preferred finish. MOST finishes today will give you shine. I suggest you find a quality finish that you will not have to strip at least twice per year as you say on your web site. Every time you strip you do a small amount of damage to the floor. Repeated strippings will make the floor more porous and rough. We have great looking floors that have not been stripped in four or five years using the I-shine.

Learn to keep them up with burnishing and scrub and re-coats, stop damaging floors and put more money in your pocket.
