Made a mistake today.. Another big job..

A guy called a week or so ago and booked a cleaning. He got my name from a good friend of his.
He was heading out of town and wanted it done while they were gone.

He told me do the whole house.

He had a guy there working around the house that let me in.

I get the job done..

14 stairs
1426 sq ft of carpets, Moved just a few things.

Guy that let me in was of little help other than letting me in.

I leave, happy with the job I did.

At the end of my day the guy calls.
Hey Don, You missed the basement.

I swing by to take a look.

Another flight of stairs and another 1200 sq ft of carpet. Guest suite, huge family room, large home theater room, oversized hall ways.

So now I need to fit in a return visit before the end of the week to complete the basement.

In the end it will be about 28 stairs and 2600 sq ft of more or less traffic open areas.

I would have not of had time for the basement today anyways.

Luckily it will all work out fine.

BTW, basements are very rare in this area.
