I was having trouble finding a nose and mouth respirator, magic wand has them in stock. I call on wednesday, order one and some cloth suits and some thymol. Women tells me I will have it by thursday. Call today and find out it hasn't been shipped, but they will get it out. I tell her that I needed the shit for saturday was assured I would have it. Stick the order in your a$$ and refund me . Last time I will order from them.

I know it was never shipped but just want to point out that anything shipped USPS can get tied up somewhere in the system. Have had several packages just stop in the Chicago hub for weeks.

I ordered all of Excellent Supply's sample packs and they not only shipped it the next day but they also called and said I over paid for shipping and gave me a refund. I hope their products work as good as their customer service because so far I'm impressed!
