Just got a postcard we sent out on November 14th returned in the mail TODAY, :shock: as UTF (unable to forward) freakin' card expired 12/18 anyway! wadda they do just toss them in a pile till they get bored enough to sort through the stuff? Glad I sent it first class! :roll:
Anyway . . . got me thinkin, anyone ever done any research as to the best time of the month to send mailers out to insure good responses? We send to all custys once a month, to six years back; I have sent them out at the start of the month for YEARS, but just recently started the week of the 15th seems to work well, BUT we also started to get more aggressive with our "special" recently too so I'm not sure which to attribute the increased responses to.
