Little disappointed to find the Hydrokinetic has stainless screws directly tapped into the aluminum casting. There is corrosion after a short period in the aluminum threads. But the tool is still highly productive for me.

Finally got around to installing the see-through head on my sapphire. The fit was ok for the most part. The quick disconnect collar inside the tool is NOT stainless. Hum, got it to spin with some WD40 but it will not come apart.

And has anyone seen before the insert I found in the jet? Is it a diffuser?

Those mini QCS won't come apart after a few months of heavy use regardless of material

Unless you lather them in antiseize and take them apart often.
