so, in hind sight, if you had tested the fabric and discovered the unstable dye, what would you have said to the client?
Would you have tried to clean with another method?

Ron - I would have NOT cleaned it under any method. Dry cleaning would not have cleaned it very well. Easily would have walked away. I would have shown the area to the client and said no thanks.

I personally think this has been one of the more valuable threads on the board in a long while.

I also have a very high opinion of Mr Cannon's business skills and ethical standards in seeing this thru to a WIN/WIN ending.
