Road trip... Out to work with another cleaning company in central MN. Loaded for bear with "Christine" the Butler... Bringing goodies of all kinds for them to try!

Was a fun and great day (experience) sharing together...

Young man in the pics only 21 and running large commercial side. Went from $250,000 to $1 million in sales on the commercial side in a year. Smart young man. Not upsales kind of guy... And really impressed with his cleaning knowledge for being in the business a short time.

Another one of those trying to do all the right things to be good cleaners.

First we train Stanley steamer how to do it right and now you are training and giving all of the secrets to zerorez.

Owner operated are so screwed.

Gotta move into selling products and machines. That’s where the money is, then train everyone. As long as you have a good product and sell worthy pieces of equipment, combine that with your knowledge of the process and boom. $

Their franchise has 80 Trucks...65 on the road most days....

They did the Mall of America Tile and Grout job in one night with 198 Trucks....1.9 MILLION Square Feet of Tile and Grout and hard Surface!

They coordinated shipping in trucks on railroad cars from other locations to pull this off in one night....was some impressive stuff this young man running the commercial division is doing.

Going from $250,000 to $1 million in commercial work in first year...and he is only 21 years of age...and not an upsell kind of guy....kind of frowns on the hard upsale...

We had a great time working with them for the day.
