Marker?

I still have trouble getting marker up. Sometimes I can and sometimes not.
As I understand, to get marker out you use a high alkaline product. Is there anything specific that I should be using?

I mostly come across blue and green spots that I have trouble with.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks,
Nick.

We use a product called Picrin. It is a dry solvent. Don't pour directly on spot as it can delaminate the carpet. Pour on towel hold on it and flush out. Usually works well for ink and marker for us. We may follow up with the neutral spotter.

Any dry cleaning supply house should have it. Not cheap, about $45 per gallon. Works well on paint and grease and tar.

Picrin = Trichloroethelene

For marker I would get some Cyclone HWE from VacAway.com, that stuff rocks and isn't nasty.
