Well, I just did a little math over here and was wondering how it compared to everyone else.

I compared my 2 primary advertising methods of customer acquisition and discovered the following for this ytd.

ROI
Internet based = 8 to 1
Directory based = 3 to 1

Avg sale per customer
Internet based = 194.47
Directory based = 210.12

Avg cost to acquire 1 new customer
via Internet mktg = 25.18
via directory mktg = 68.33

Avg gross profit per job, after advertising and direct labor...
Internet based = 115.81
Directory based = 84.01

I REALLY REALLY REALLY gotta put together a "referral" marketing program that pulls like I keep hearing they do and pump a few thousand dollars a month into it.

Thanks,

Bob,

The beauty of a referral marketing program is that once you get it up and running it costs nothing or almost nothing to have quality customers calling in to reserve appointments.

You won't have to spend thousands a month to market by referral. You'll find you are saving money each month.

With referral advertising you only have to plant a few seeds and then you'll get free advertising FOREVER.

That sure beats paying for yellow pages or coupons each and every month.

Get others to do the adverting for you.

With referral advertising you get unbelievable opportunities to advertise to previously unreachable customers.

ROI = 100s/ 1 or better!

You'll kick your self in your head wondering why you haven't started doing this sooner.
