Shes getting it ready to sell, going cheap in everything.

The Ice maker swelled up the Pergo something fierce but they won't fix it.
That’s the mindset of a property manager to get a home ready to rent. Not a seller.

You should correct her Mike. Give her 5 lashings

I forgot to update this thread:

I showed this picture to Bryan at Mikey's first hard surface class that I went to a couple years ago and he told me that I needed to use a floor stripping chemical. That what was remaining was one of those products that the lady had been using. So thanks for reminding me about this post @Bryce C

Anytime Matt, happy to be of service. I'll be here sleuthing on the boards for the next 2 to 30 years 🙃

I just bought my first gallon of stripper today in case I needed it on my first tile and grout job this afternoon. Didn't, but Mike and Bryan's manual says it's always good to have on hand and they describe why.

I think it is a solvent based stripper rather than a high pH stripper. Couldn't find the msds anywhere online, warning label mentioned butyl and some other things that sounded more like alcohol type solvents than high pH stuff, scary looking label. Found it sitting on the bottom shelf at a Mom n Pop hardware store. Stuff looks ancient. Seems like good s*** 😄
