Even the Travertine industry is out to ruin it for themselves., who the hell would install this?

What is the most challenging aspec of a job like this?

SMH. That raw travertine is popular on pool decks here.

are you filling the pitting in and polishing or just cleaning/sealing?

That will take 3-4 days to restore the right way.

I bet when you start to clean the floor, some of the filler will just so happen to fail.

I just did one yesterday, that a customer through the had won the tile lottery paying only .35 cents a square for the tile and having a regular tile setter(mistake mistake mistake) set the travertine for only 400 dollars.

Job took me 3 hours and I don’t think it can out too bad for the amount of lippage present on the floor.

Looks like the floors in a Mexican restaurant down the street. The place opened when I was 3 and still has the same everything including floors.

A little bone or linen non sanded grout floated it the holes would have made the floor look much better, don't think the customer would pay to fill with poly.

take it you honed starting with 220, how high did you go I take most travertines to 1800.
