Met the On Call crew at the gate this AM

7:15 and I'm unlocking the gate and I see one of our water trucks coming down the street. As they pull up, I asked them if they had an early morning monitoring job or a water loss.

They said they had been out since midnight and just finished at 7:00. One of the other tech's came and helped them from 2:00AM to 6:00 but went home to shower.

3-Floors wet from a sprinkler system at a retirement facility. Lost those guys for the day!

You just never know what's around the corner here.

I would of worked (did it a lot actually) provided you didn't have some rule against it. The idea is to make extra money by doing after hours work.

They all came back in. The last two at 12:00

No rules against working. In fact its encouraged provided they feel up to it. It was all double time and bonus for the On Call crew backup bonus for the third guy. It wasn't huge just a lot of contents to move in the apartments.
