I know you guys thought I was not listening but I was. This is the Head Lock for the CX and the Defender. This is Mikes design. So if you don't like it take it up with him. It's automatic lock up and manual release to go down.

Defender is a bolt on. The CX is harder. New wheel frame and bearing bracket for CX. The pictures are of the CX. I will make it reasonable any way.

Looks good Clark, I was thinking a foot peg type release would work good
and no bending over to release to head.

A foot pedal similar to the type on the regular floating handle machines.
Position it right, a good heavy spring and a notch in the side mount plate and I think it would work like a charm and probably be less expensive.
