Willy, don’t take it personally a few of the guys here are compensating for something with No 6 blowers.
I think a competition between a recoil and electric TMs promoted here measuring vacuum and pressure would be entertaining.
How many inches of water will the recoil vac pull? I might buy a porty soon. I am leaning towards recoil but don’t know what else is out there. I saw an ad in cleanfax for an eclipse machine that pulls up to 340” of water.
Lift or CFM, but they can be married. My old Ninja had quad vacs, 2 sets in series to a parallel. Odin does some interesting stuff. More lift for short runs, more CFM for long. I don't leave mine in the truck, but I do feel comfortable doing 100 foot plus runs
with the proper placement of the booster. That's the key to getting longer runs and efficient extraction. I've got the parts to build a one off brute, I have a friend that does metal fab, and have it all drawn out, but the time is another story. If I get a slowdown after Christmas , I'll get it done. Last year I didn't get much of my annual rest and recharge.
