Mildew on grout in shower

Had a custy call and her husband had a stroke last year, so she had her bathroom re-done to accommodate him. Large walk-in (well, roll in) shower, less than 1 year old and she's getting mildew on the grout. The guys who installed it said they sealed it. Is there a specific (or best) type of sealer that inhibits mildew/mold in showers? Or is this a problem with poor ventilation (not drying fast enough)?

You really couldn't zoom in on the mildew to make this easy on me?

Try scrubbing with any old high pH grout or carpet cleaner and a stiff brush, if that doesn't work try 40 volume peroxide, that doesn't work try prochem professional grout restorer, if that doesn't work learn how to regrout....
