Good grief... One of the things I hate most.

They throw down so much salt products... Don't attempt to even clean but once a year and then looking to want it new again.

Well, it is what it is.

Been working with salt removers trying to create also something better. Always a crap shoot.

Tonight tried Simoniz winter rinse and ended up with Saiger's Tsunami hail Mar(t)y by the end...

If it’s not inlayed into the floor, take it out to the parking lot, DOUSE it in double strength cleaning vinegar, let dwell for 1/2 hr, pressure wash off, apply regular prespray, clean as usual.
That’s how I got them clean at the university....

Thats nuts, lots of traffic through that door! I jack up the prespray with Ultrapac Renovate, prespray untill it's standing and then flush at 800 psi. Show no mercy!

It's actually attached to the floor. Inserted in between the tile and grout.

We don't have as much salt here but I have been using an acidic urine neutralizer as my prespray then rinsing with procyon. Seems to work but nowhere the level of salt you have.

You’re making that up
I’ve been cleaning 31 years and I’ve NEVER encountered that!
Come up to Canada in the winter Marty....
7 out of 10 homes outdoor entrance mats look very close to that...
Or walk into a 7-11, and they ALL look like that..

So this is salt making the carpet look like this. Then why when the PetPeePee guy washes his rugs with dead sea salt does it come out okay? Is it different salt?

He lives in Alaska, salt everyday for 6 months.... Probably 50 pounds of salt residue in that rug.

Yep crazy amount of salt drug in all winter.

Lots of entry rugs look like this, this time of year.

Ugly experience to try and clean
